David W. Barlow, Esq.

Attorney David W. Barlow is licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii and the United States District Court for the District of
Hawaii. He is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and Hawaii Association for Justice.
David earned a Juris Doctorate Degree from Washburn University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Weber State University. While at Washburn, he was Student Editor-in-Chief of the Family Law Quarterly, a publication of the American Bar Association. He was President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Washburn Chapter, and a member of the International Board. David received the "Top Brief" recognition for the best brief in Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing.
David clerked for Chief District Judge Gary Nafziger of the Second Judicial District of Kansas. He also worked for the U.S. Air Force JAG office at Hurlburt Field in Florida.
David began his legal career as an attorney for the Turbin Chu law firm which specialized in personal injury and medical malpractice. He has appeared and argued motions in Hawaii State Circuit Court and United States District Court. He also took part in jury and bench trials in both State and Federal Court.
He enjoys scuba diving, kayaking, hiking, and snorkeling. He is happily married and is the proud father of two
daughters and two sons.
